disaster. As much as I like Huggs, this is a cluster$uck of his own making.
1. Huggs announces that he is an alcoholic and is seeking treatment. WVU would then have an out because you don't fire someone that has an illness. I don't know if Huggs fits the definition of an alcoholic so this speculation is just that, speculation and highly speculative at that.
2. WVU announces a 10 game (or more) suspension and Huggs announces that he is seeking counseling or some other remedial activity.
3. WVU either fires Huggs or Huggs retires. In this scenario, Wren needs to move very quickly to both comfort the major donors and hire a big name coach. We have great facilities, play in the best conference and pay top dollar along with the long leash we typically give our coaches. We should be able to attract a coach that can keep the team together.
