This WVU football team is a lot STRONGER than people think...

I'm not sure you made a "point"... just pointed out the obvious but in a non-supportive way. I'd say our boys are pretty well conditioned and this video only serves to support that. Yes... other teams work out too, but we might be doing things that are kind of unique. I don't know. I can't be everywhere.

No you can't be everywhere....but it was just silly.

Flipping tires or whatever.... ....I just wasn't impressed.

....but more to my original point is that ANY team can seem like it's working hard on what's basically a workout video.

Anybody that's left the tv on while sleeping knows how easy it is to get in shape.

"Easy to get in shape"!! Hmmmmm.... What do you do to get in shape and how easy is that for you? Personally, I do 8 miles per day while wrangling my puppy; 500 push ups, 200 ab roller ups, 200 curls, 100 squat thrusts, and some other shit. ....and these guys are in wayyyyyy better shape than I can be.
 
Speaking of being in shape...................I do 500 miles a day, 5000 pushups, 5000 ab rollers, 5000 squats, 10,000 pull ups, etc. But, am I in shape? Hail no! And for that I blame Krispy Kreme and their jello filled doughnuts! Yes, I have a lawsuit agin'em! Now about them squat thrusts. What?

Talks about not being impressed with flipping a tire....but could never flip a tire.

Anyone could make a video of Milk trying to catch a slant pass and the ball blasting her in the nose too

Nothing looks hard until you try it. Go find a tractor tire, some flat ground and flip it one way 10 times and back 10 times. The tire they were flipping probably weighs over 300 pounds. When you're competing and trying to do it for speed it is that much more difficult.

What I saw as much as anything was the team work being developed and everybody supporting everybody.
