What are the things you are looking for early?

I really wonder what the feel is for the assistant coaches doing "scouts"

I know in the past certain coaches scouts left a lot to be desired. What is your feel for these assistants abilities to scout and prep?

I feel great about DD in everything...I know Chester Frazier is a guru at recruiting...but I know zero about the other guys?? Thoughts
