I said years ago that this exact situation would happen. By drawing a line with WVU, they essentially told WVU fans who still rooted for the other in-state team that they didn't need their support. Their situation will only get worse as any spikes in attendance will only be temporary. Nobody gets psyched to play against a CUSA team and nobody gets psyched to play in Huntington.
