RFQ posted for the project's construction manager. Intent to award on September 9th. I think physical construction won't commence until after this upcoming season.

Here's a screenshot of the basic summary of the work and projected budgets, which are upwards of $24 million on the high end. Doesn't seem like all that much when comparing it to football, but when you break it down, it's pretty substantial. I know the basketball locker room renovations were already funded by an anonymous donor privately.
