Houston, most likely to get (and I quote), ".... the G5's "big boy bowl". Do they call your bowl games, "little boy" games? Home state papers not too kind to the herd. Well, good luck regardless in the, "Pampers Bowl"..
Imagine playing a MAC team in a bowl game...Houston, most likely to get (and I quote), ".... the G5's "big boy bowl". Do they call your bowl games, "little boy" games? Home state papers not too kind to the herd. Well, good luck regardless in the, "Pampers Bowl"..
Cougs will have to win out to get it and if they do Kudos to them!Houston, most likely to get (and I quote), ".... the G5's "big boy bowl". Do they call your bowl games, "little boy" games? Home state papers not too kind to the herd. Well, good luck regardless in the, "Pampers Bowl"..
Navy is a conference gameThey scheduled Louisville, Vandy and Navy as 3 of their 4 OOC games.
Oops, my bad.Navy is a conference game
127 other FBS teams do a better job at scheduling ooc games than Marshall.Oops, my bad.
OK, my point is, they did a little bit better than our little brother that scheduled Purdue, Ohio U, Norfolk State and Kent State as OOC opponents.
That is almost three games worth of Marshall home attendance...127 other FBS teams do a better job at scheduling ooc games than Marshall.
If you want a laugh, go to herd nation board and see the post about Houston-Memphis. Herd fans talking smack before the game was over and being critical of their 42k in attendance.
Then the herd fans getting pissy about a cougar fan replying to the idiotic posts.
These herd fans are a special kind of stupid
It'd make Marshall fans wet their pants. They don't do too good against MAC teams.Imagine playing a MAC team in a bowl game...
Hell, if you all played and beat two p5 teams and were undefeated we wouldn't hear the end of it.Yes, Houston does a great job of scheduling. That's why they are the only team in the Sagarin top 50 to have a SOS over 100. Their OOC was Louisville (who we play next year), Vandy, Tennessee (Tech) and Texas (State). So they did schedule one team in the top 75.
All those teams would roll over MooU.Hell, if you all played and beat two p5 teams and were undefeated we wouldn't hear the end of it.
But instead you can't even beat mtsu and Ohio.
I know a team that ISN'T in the Top 50, with a schedule over 140...Yes, Houston does a great job of scheduling. That's why they are the only team in the Sagarin top 50 to have a SOS over 100. Their OOC was Louisville (who we play next year), Vandy, Tennessee (Tech) and Texas (State). So they did schedule one team in the top 75.
Well Vandy beat mtsu. Houston rolled Vandy like 30-0All those teams would roll over MooU.
Banker is back...stand by for the MTSU has "SEC type players" and would challenge for the Big 12 title comment. He has been hiding long enough, but I see it coming in 3 - - 2 - - 1 ...Yes, Houston does a great job of scheduling. That's why they are the only team in the Sagarin top 50 to have a SOS over 100. Their OOC was Louisville (who we play next year), Vandy, Tennessee (Tech) and Texas (State). So they did schedule one team in the top 75.
Its hilarious to watch you try to talk smack about a team that schedules and beats better teams than Marshall. Houston would beat Marshall by 30 points. Just stop.Yes, Houston does a great job of scheduling. That's why they are the only team in the Sagarin top 50 to have a SOS over 100. Their OOC was Louisville (who we play next year), Vandy, Tennessee (Tech) and Texas (State). So they did schedule one team in the top 75.
What does SEC type players mean? Are they over .500 now with all that talent?Banker is back...stand by for the MTSU has "SEC type players" and would challenge for the Big 12 title comment. He has been hiding long enough, but I see it coming in 3 - - 2 - - 1 ...
I got in an argument with that bunch (banker was among them) who said that Marshall had SEC type talent last year. When I laughed at them and pointed out how ridiculous it was, Banker started naming SEC schools who had offered one or two of their players. I am certain they were players who did not qualify academically and were on the fringe athletically as well. What does SEC type players mean? Are they over .500 now with all that talent?
