B1G mouthpieces 😂

These people are clowns.
Don’t care at all about any of these schools. Only about who is writing their check

Traditions, rivalries, and loyalties be damned. If you're going to average 7/8 wins a season, may as well get a bigger check from it. Can't blame the UT brass for leaving with a bigger payout though. The big ? is when will they start playing in the SEC? some speculate early as 22.

THe one kind of hilarious aspect to all this is how Bama & OSU is now saying that CFP expansion talk should now be put on hold, claiming ESPN's grip on the sport and how these athletes cant or should not play more then 15 games. Of course Clemson, Bama, OSU, etc are not going to support expansion, that much is and should be obvious to anyone with a brain. They will use any excuse in the book to try to ensure they're path to obtaining a CFP spot and probability of Championship is the highest possible. They dont want to play any additional opponents that are of quality that may knock them out sometimes.

4 team CFP will continue to ruin Collegiate football. It drastically reduces fan engagement & participation, which is reflected in viewership the past few years which has consistently declined. People are tired of seeing the same damn teams, and pre-season polls setup to nurture positive outcomes (from a perceived Strength of Schedule perspective).

An example of this would be how Texas is ranked in the top X EVERY FREAKING YEAR. The committee selection criteria should be publicized and pre-season polls should not hold any weight over rankings.

This is also why its important to make every P4/P5 team that wants a potential spot in a 12 team CFP they MUST play 10 P4/P5 opponents, with at least 2 out of conference P4/P5 games. This increases cross conference games and helps improve the accuracy of the rankings.

Not to mention, it helps the sport as a whole. I mean, does anyone watch Bama vs Buffalo in the middle of Nov. Not to mention the advantage it offers practically offering Bama and other SEC teams a bye week mid Nov.

10 P5/P4 opponents with 2 being Out-Of_Conference should be a requirement, for multiple reasons, in the end it will be far more profitable too... Its a win/win/win
