A 20 year old is found dead and the report is that it is not being treated as suspicious? Unless he was found with a needle in the arm or powder on his nose, I'd suspect obvious suicide. If not an OD or suicide, it'd be very cavalier for authorities to presume a 20 year old's death is natural causes and thus "not suspicious" without an autopsy.
