Absolutely - starting with an actual agreement instead of "a framework." The first "landmark nuclear deal" between Iran and the P5+1 was announced almost two years ago, and yet no deal has been finalized yet. Rouhani insists that this latest version of the deal won't be accepted by Iran unless it includes immediate lifting of sanctions ... which the P5+1 won't agree to, so there's nothing to be sent to Congress.

Iran is playing these fools and will not only get the sanctions lifted, but all the Lady Gaga tracks from Apple that they want.

Amazing how I now sound like my uncles and grandparents when I was growing up.
