The proposals under discussion would likely increase inequality and hardship in America at a time when nearly 4 in 10 households are struggling to pay their bills. In this case, the cuts to America's meager safety net would be used to finance an unusually direct transfer of wealth upward. A review of Trump's 2024 campaign tax promises by the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy found his proposals, taken together, "would, on average, lead to a tax cut for the richest 5 percent of Americans and a tax increase for all other income groups."

Hey @moe , didn't voters decide this two weeks ago? Wasn't the cacklin' Communist promising to soak the rich and give big tax cuts to the poor? What part of that plan vs Trump's did they miss?

Look atl, I know my loser party got wiped out...you think I'm blind? I know Trump's plans to cut taxes for ALL Americans won by a huge popular vote preference but this sh*t has worked pretty well for my side in the past. Do you really think for one minute I'm going to just abandon it and politely accept the will of the voters for Trump's plan?

No @moe I didn't expect you to be anything different than your same old misguided, brainwashed, economically illiterate, TDS infected Leftist self. Carry on!
