• West Virginia and Virginia Tech met
for the 54th time on Thursday night
• WVU now holds a 30-23-1 mark in
the all-time series with the Hokies
• Virginia Tech is West Virginia’s fourth
-most played opponent in program
history
• WVU has won 12 of its last 18 games
played on a Thursday night
• The Mountaineers’ 23-point margin
