Only tossed out obstruction charges. Considering they all face multiple charges the decision did nothing to hurt the cases.
Not true. It affects the sentence. The trespass charges are appropriate against all. They should be given the typical sentence, which is not months is jail. They shouldn’t get political sentences. Those who assaulted officers, F ‘em. But the prosecutor went overboard with about 20% of the cases with obstruction charges done purely for political purposes, is garbage.
