After we have been in the Big12 for a few years now I just don't think we get enough talent to ever win the league. We are probably always a middle of the pack team

it's a pretty tall order to go into oklahoma and win but i thought we'd be more competitive than this. our talent level has increased and our depth has gotten a lot better...recruiting is better. my question is - what year are we looking forward to? is it next year? is it the year after that we finally start making some noise in the conference? when do we start to expect more from a results standpoint?

And Geno choked the second half on the season away and got a big head.i dont know about that.
we had, far and away, the most talented offense in that geno/tavon year. we just had a regular guy coaching the defense and that killed us.

I think without 8 wins this year, we should be looking for another coach.. which means we should really be looking now. I don't think we would get a top notch type guy in any case, but change is needed unless all a WVU coach needs to do to keep his job is win 7,4,7,and <7. If that's all that's needed then it is what it is, but I think we're better than that.. Im not saying we should require a conference championship, but an 8-9 win season in the B12 would be nice every few years, if not every other year. Our program is positioned to be in the top 4 in the B12 almost every year, not #5-6-7-8. For the record, I like Dana. I liked Stew as well. I liked the Dana hire and he's brought alot of excitement to the program. It just might be time we start looking. We might be 3-1, but unless we pull off the upset next week, it could be a very dismal year. Everyone is looking at the next 3 games as our killer schedule, but lets not forget KState and TTech surely have the means to beat us when we play like we did today.
Never was sold on Skylar. Biggest problem is the abject failure of William crestI'm not sold on Skylar Howard and he doesn't look at all capable today.

put is this way....with how many teams that ends up going to bowls due to the 300 bowl games...If we fail to make a bowl game in December then there should be a for sale sign in front of Dana's house by March

5 years in and with the offense we run, one would think Dana would have an elite quarterback running the show. But nope.
You mean like the QBs that Urban Meyers has at Ohio State.
