We did not settle in the defamation case Savage v Trump et al ,against us ,President Trump and Mayor Guiliani.
Matter of fact , we were offerred settlement and to leave them behind.
That included a declaratory judgement against Rudy for a million dollars and President Trump would have had to deal with the case after his criminal cases were resolved.
We COULD HAVE WALKED...BUT We said NO!!
WE ARE GOING TO A JURY..THEY withdrew their complaint.
We represented ourselves and went toe to toe and won.
In every defamation case that included settlement ..
We know the attorneys representing the defendants were bought and paid for, tanked the cases , or it was controlled opposition and people got bought out to shut up, this is the so called justice system ..
We have another defamation case against us in Delaware County PA, November 25th is a pretrial hearing.
Our co defendants are Newsmax ,The Federalist, Margot Cleveland, ...
We won't be settling.
Subpoenas are coming, and everyone and their mother will be deposed..
