I would be more inclined to believe that if hazardous conditions prevented my fellow fans from the woods during deer season or from packing Suncrest and Uni Town Centre during any snowy weekend.

You called it. Standing room only on the court right now, totally packed.

BTW - Are you a buddhist or a Patrick Swayze fan? Cant go wrong with either, I guess.

I heard Tony Caridi was 30 minutes late due to taking him 90 minutes getting from downtown to Coliseum. Anyone who has lived or been in Morgantown knows that when it's very snowy and icy, good luck with travel. It's nearly impossible especially during a busy time like 4-7pm on a weekday, when people are getting off work, class, etc.

It's really lame when people sit at home and bitch about the crowd at games. Throw in bad conditions that the announcers talked about all night and some people just don't get it. Go hang out on the Pitt board you'll fit right in over there.

I would be more inclined to believe you lack the intellect God gave a turtle. You lack knowledge of any subject.

Apparently you had the volume turned off on the TV.

Jesus, what a pathetic whine.

It was insane getting to the game last night. I missed most of first half. The roads and traffic were terrible. There were many wrecks on I-79 and it was at a crawl all the way from Rt.50/C'burg in. It was even slower, if not as dangerous, in town. We ended up walking from the hotel to the Chestnut St. PRT and then to the Coliseum and then same thing back and it was cold and miserable, and there were long waits. We came from the South or we might not have made it at all. Honestly, if I knew it was going t be that bad I would have stayed home too.

The student section was packed and by the end of the game the rest of the crowd was pretty decent considering.

We beat the number #1 team straight up in front of a loud and enthusiastic crowd and you're complaining that not enough people braved a storm to get there?

Sitting at home in a Baltimore suburb.

It took me almost 4 hours from the time I left my house near wheeling till I was in my seat. Got there at the 5:05 mark of the 1st half. Terrible weather. Great game.

Even if you live on the far side of Baltimore, you're what 250 miles or so from Morgantown? All on major highways! You have a lot of nerve (among other things) to whine when it's almost as easy or even easier for you get to the game as it is for many people who live in WV and you weren't there.

I'll admit I go to very few weeknight games and not all the Saturday games precisely because of the travel involved but I don't slam other people for not attending even when weather is not an issue.
