I do not see the playoffs expanding for at least a decade. The presidents are in charge not the AD's. It will take a long hard fight to move it to 8. I personally do not like the idea of automatic bids. The PAC12 champ may not have moved than 9 wins this season. That would not deserve a seat at the table.
