Tampa (Fla.) Gaither 2025 cornerback Serious Stinyard told me that his visit to West Virginia really cleared a lot of the doubts and things he had heard and it absolutely exceeded his expectations on basically all fronts. He told me that the message from the coaches was clear and he spent a lot of time with graduate assistant Jevaughn Codlin. He told me he was with him the entire weekend and really made him feel needed in what the defense is trying to accomplish. He said he got to do a lot of different things this weekend but what stood out the most was going to head coach Neal Brown's house and riding on the boat. He is being recruited as a cornerback and told me that West Virginia likes that he is a lock down speedy option at the position. He told me that this visit really helped the Mountaineers and whatever his top two is going to be moving forward West Virginia will 100-percent be in it.
