Washington (D.C.) St. John’s College High 2025 guard Omari Witherspoon told me that the visit to West Virginia went very well and he was impressed with how much the community rallies around the basketball program and everybody knows you. The coaches told him that they could use him in a lot of different ways and they space the floor so it gives him a lot of room to create for himself and his teammates and shoot the ball. He also told me that he now has to decide where he will visit next and it gave him a different perspective of the school. He really spent a lot of time with associate head coach Chester Frazier and he was very engaging and energetic. He was it was cool spending time with him and he talked a lot about basketball and made sure he knew how much they wanted him.
