Beaufort (S.C.) 2023 defensive lineman Eamon Smalls told me that overall his visit this weekend to West Virginia blew him away. He told me that the coaches and the players treated him like family throughout and that's what stood out to him. They are targeting him as a nose guard and really were impressed with how he has transformed his body to play the position. He spent the majority of his time with defensive line coach AJ Jackson. He was hosted by Hammond Russell and he said it was great getting to meet all of the other recruits and players on campus and they made him feel comfortable. The highlight of the trip was when he traveled to coach Neal Brown's house and went out o n the boat. He said this visit was a perfect 10 out of 10.
