That report is actualy incorrect


I saw a story about that about a week ago and Nike and Tiger's agent both denied it and both said TW can use his name for whatever he pleases.

Strictly speaking, the piece never said he couldn't use his own name on the restaurant......only that Nike owns its rights (and also said nothing about Woods theoretically negotiating with the Company in order to use it). Still, like so many, I find it just so much fun kicking Woods where possible while he's down.
