I think Neal's time is done --- I have given him every chance and sometimes it just doesn't work out.... his fault, program fault, school fault -- doesn't matter it just isn't working.
That said --- concerns me highly that Gordon is here to have a say in this. Of course I don't think we have the luxury to wait it out either but someone has to minimize Gordon's role....
