For those that follow recruiting closely, Rivals is implementing a new "Forecast" tool where writers across the network will be allowed to pick where they think a recruit is going to pick as well as the reasons for why you made that selection. But what’s going to be really cool is when the entire thing is rolled out you all also are going to have the ability to participate and make your own picks on prospects.
