Wasn't NIL, (name, image and likeness) meant for athletes ALREADY ON a team whereby schools made money on issues like their jersey sales etc and NOT ITS intent to recruit and offer kids already on a roster somewhere.....and wasn't the portals original intent to offer kids a chance to transfer out over personal circumstances and NOT intended to be a free agent portal?
Someone elighten me on this but
