If I was Crook, I'd pick up the phone and give Glowinski a call and invite him in to give the guys a few tips. They'd have to respect the fact he came in as a JUCO lineman, and carved out not only a starting position..but All Big 12 and a spot on an NFL roster. He knows what to do!
