So Jeb also had a private email doing business as Gov of Florida

I have the same problems with Jeb as I do with Hillary on this subject.

It is absolutely mindboggling these "politicians" find this practice to be ok.

Wish they would just go away.

They have to know that what they were doing was foolish at best.

Re: I'm starting to agree with that

even though at the beginning, I feel more comfortable policy-wise with those two than I do with any others that are looking to run at the moment.

as well as the authorities sending and receiving email to and from her.

You know the president or even leaders of other countries sent her or received emails from her. Major breech or potential breech of security. Jeb and others are low level pointing to relaxed enforcement of policy.

Again, certainly don't know the legality issues of it

But I wasn't voting for either one of these candidates anyways,

Re: I think it will be difficult to find one who doesn't have a personal email*

no problem with having a personal email. Big problem running their job through their personal email.

Late arriving. You see no difference in the security required by the two offices? Legal difference?

Re: Wish they would just go away.

Just using personal e-mail to do routine business, and not even bothering to have a .gov account set up boggles my mind, but I'm pretty sure she wasn't dumb enough to send or receive anything classified over her personal e-mail account. We have a number of classified networks available including secure phone lines for that.

I'll tell you a true story. For years in the late 90s, before Colin Powell became Secretary, people in the building had no unclassified e-mail, so the classified network was full of people e-mailing each other about their kids' soccer games, school plays, and all sorts of other mox-nix stuff. I can't wait for State to release her e-mails so that we can all see how innocuous this all is.

I also recall a lot of porn being sent around in those days. The stuff that makes 2girls1cup seem like a skinamax flick.

Sure I see differences with the two offices. I see no difference in regard of what I have issue with and it has nothing to do with the position they held.

Emails are very vulnerable. This practice is so wrong on so many levels, it isn't even funny.

Somebody I used to work with went into another coworkers registry setting and set his default home page to scatlovers.com or something. Don't remember what it was exactly but it was disgusting. Everytime he opened a browser it went to that page. He would go into the browser and reset the home page there, but then the registry setting would override it. :) He'd open a browser and then scramble to both block the screen so nobody could see it and also close the window or change the page. It was hysterical.

The worst I ever did was to try looking up the price of a basketball by going to dicks.com. LOL. In case you need to know, it's dickssportinggoods.com, not dicks.com. LOL

im not a citizen of florida so i dont care

Its dumb but i dont know the whole story. Im not planning to support jeb unless i have to and i dont think he will win the primary.
