The only remote possibility of making it respectable tonight was putting up some points. We all knew Boykin would get his. Nothing to be surprised by there.
The WV offense in Sept compared to this is watching two different teams. & not just tonight. Offense at OU wasn't good. Vs Ok State was poor as a whole. Tonight was pathetic with a capital P.
I can't completely credit TCU's defense for shutting us down when prior opponents found the end zone repeatedly.
What gives? Confidence? Play calling? Turnovers? Dropped passes? So much inconsistency on O. & these are not necessarily juggernaut defenses we're facing, in my opinion.
