Okay, I'll bite. I'm unable to reconcile the recent statements by the Fold & Blew media, who have predicted a Big 12 championship game appearance, at a minimum, for WVU in 2018, and Athlon's way-too-early Top 25 rankings:

It's January, way too early to start predicting conference champions for next season. As I've said countless times all this stuff is just to generate click bait and it works. For me, I will wait til about the last part of October before I consider any poll legitimate, and even then take them with a grain of salt.

True.........especially after watching the playoff teams and noticing the tremendous all around talent level between them and us. But our little brothers in Huntington have almost convinced themselves that they are headed to next years Access Bowl without noticing the equally different talent level of their team compared to that of UCF.
I like what we have coming back better than what you delusional Cousins have coming back....you boys will be all out to beat a SEC winless UT bunch.

I wont go that far but I do think next year is WV's best chance since they joined the league to make the playoffs....can you say the same thing about the stumbling herd?.....do they play anybody with a pulse next year?......NC State, Tennessee, Ok State Oklahoma, Texas, TCU,...all in the same year.....marshall hasn't played that many big boys in their entire "storied" history
