I am extremely happy with the results of this season, and the prospects going forward. However, I feel this team needs to improve out jump shooting, and not just from 3 point range.
We have young guys who showed some potential, Carter, Paige, Dax, BDW, and I will include Nate Adrain in this group because of what he used to do shooting the ball.
My problem is NONE of these kids have good shooting form. Chase Conner is the only player on the team with proper form, and he is our best shooter.
Look at Notre Dame. They have five kids who can shoot and they all Look the Same in their shooting form.
We need a Shooting Coach during the off season to develop proper form.
Can you imagine this Team pressing, turning opponents over then going to the other end and shooting 45% from the field and 40% from three.
You don't need a 7 ft center if you can spread the floor and shoot
