Hatch is a POS. Rape is a crime (if it happened). Lying to a Senate committee under oath is a crime...a federal crime I might add.

Rape, which isn't even being accused, isn't a crime the FBI has jurisdiction to, it's a state/local issue. She should report it to the local... oh wait, she don't remember where it was. Nevermind.

Seems odd that she would name him though, right? I mean if I’m going to make up some false claims about somebody...I sure as hell wouldn’t say that one of his friends who could easily refute it was present.
Also, I probably wouldn’t have the presence of mind to tell a therapist about the incident years before anyone gave a **** about who Kavanaugh was. Really strange.

So, lying to the Senate (under oath) isn't a crime? No potential crimes were committed? Rape isn't a crime? Assault isn't a crime? I'm not saying any of it happened, and I'm not saying it didn't happen. I'm saying you don't know if a crime was or was not committed unless an investigation occurs. Hope your daughter never gets raped and treated with the disrespect shown by our Senators, especially Hatch.
In order for an investigation to occur, wouldn’t there need to be a criminal charge filed, which, she hasn’t done.
