Question from a friend: When you write the whole post with all caps or choose to simply all caps a few words, what is the actual intent? Is it "yelling"? Is it "ranting", is it so others ignore the rest of one's post, or is it simply to prove one can use the shift key? Just trying to get a feel as they want to start using all caps and not sure the rules. Thanks in advance!
