Bremen (Ga.) safety Kyle Bailey told me that right now his top three is West Virginia, Virginia and Vanderbilt and the Mountaineers offered him a scholarship last week when cornerbacks coach Blue Adams visited him at his high school during the evaluation period. Bailey currently plays in the 3-3-5 defense at his school and is being recruited as either a linebacker or safety at the college level. He told me that his interest in West Virginia comes from the fact that he has watched the program on TV over the years and is a big fan of Karl Joseph. Bailey has already made multiple visits to schools and is looking at taking a trip to West Virginia this summer.
