Honestly i think you are probably right even though some of this years coaching hires where baffling to say the least. I am all for a coaching change but i want a coach who has a chance to be successful. I wouldn't want to hire a coach on a whim and be stuck in mediocrity for 4-5 more years and then end up having to hire someone else
He isn't coming back to WVU, not because he doesn't want to but because WVU won't do what needs to be done and that is getting rid of Dana. Dana at about 80% of other schools would have already fired him.
Not saying we should necessarily fire Holgorsen for him, but I'd definitely take him back. Rich is a good coach, and you have to figure he deeply regrets how he left here. Everyone who hates him needs to gOf course, these are the same people that think calling him "Dick Rod" is clever or funny.
