UGA and GT play an OOC game every year on the last regular season weekend. They've done it for decades. UGA and GT agree on the date and the ACC & SEC make the accommodation.
We need to do this with Pitt. Make an agreement between the schools, tell the Big XII and ACC this is what we want to do and let them work out the schedules accordingly.
