When your charter company essentially has to blackmaile the governor of your state to get paud you know its big time. They better hooe Jim Justice doesnt run.
Jim doesnt pay bills so they would probably be a bunch of rotting carcasss sitting on a tarmac by now.
Without trying to get political on the smack board, I would imagine Justice would sell out for a few votes from southwestern WV, just like Manchin did...
Did that happen under the Wise administration? If so, makes sense. Probably pretty easy to blackmail someone banging their cousin.
