OK, wanted to update this. I spoke with Rasul Douglas who initially said on twitter that he had been cleared and he told me he indeed has. He is expected to find a report date this week. However, I've checked with over avenues and have been told that he has NOT been cleared yet. Hopefully we'll have some more resolution to this tomorrow when we meet with Holgorsen.
