Hocutt was not only the B12 representative, he was the chair. What a disappointment. He's the Cleveland Browns of the committee.
Where does he stand on expansion? LOL. I'm ready to jump in with the conspiracy theory that he deliberately ranked the BIG 12 teams so low because he wants us to expand.

OU and OSU kicked our ass. We are not a Top 10 team. We are 15-30 team. 16 is right where we need to be.

You've got it wrong. HOcutt doesn't want the conference to expand, he wants the conference to fail and go defunct like the Big East. He wants this because he thinks if that happens UT will protect T Tech and take them with them wherever they go.
Problem is UT doesn't control the other conferences and can't guarantee such a thing.

FWIW, Doc voted us at 9, Gus Malzahn (Auburn) voted us at 9 and Mike "I'm a man with a hideous looking mullet" Gundy voted us at 15, all in the Coaches Poll.
