I guess I'm still confused. He's clearly recruiting on our behalf. It seems as if there's no doubt he will be tabbed as the OC, but what is the hold up? I've seen people allude to him doing more now than he can in an official capacity, but I don't really understand that either. I don't think it's being suggested he's doing something illegal, so why not just make the announcement so that players and recruits know the entire staff?
