I have been here a long time and I have been a big fan since I was 10....
My question is are my glasses to rosey? When I look at our roster and what is coming in ......from my very limited knowledge of what the coaches and those close to the team (@Vernon I'm looking at you) have we ever had this level of quality depth on the defensive side of the ball?
By that I know we have had studs (My favorite LB crew had Talley and D.Foulkes) but we seem to have talent and depth at DL (more than I have ever seen) LB and Corner (more than I have ever seen) and safety.
Most of the time if we lost a starter on D I was scared to death and that was in the weak big East. Now we have injuries and guys out in the B12 (where offenses are flat out scary) and I really feel like we hold up fairly well.
Your thoughts??
