Priority Deadline July 31 For Hoops Tickets

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (July 24, 2015) – Mountaineer Athletic Club members and past season ticket holders have until Friday, July 31, to reserve priority seating for the 2015-16 men’s basketball season.

To order tickets, fans can visit WVUGAME.com, call 1-800-WVU GAME or stop by the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the Coliseum. Season ticket holders who renew online at WVUGAME.com will save $10 on the order fee.

West Virginia will play 15 regular season home games and one exhibition game at the WVU Coliseum. The Mountaineers open the regular season against Northern Kentucky on Nov. 13. Every Big 12 Conference school will visit Morgantown again this season. Those include Baylor, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas and Texas Tech.

Upper level season tickets are available for $336 each in the upper sideline sections and $266 in the upper baseline sections. Upper sideline sections are sections 2-24 and 42-54. Upper baseline sections are sections 26-40 and 66-80. By purchasing upper level season tickets, fans will save money compared to buying single game tickets. Faculty/staff can purchase up to six season tickets at a discounted rate. New season ticket holders at the MAC Gold giving level and above are eligible to purchase lower level seats, if available.

New and renewing men’s basketball season ticket holders who purchase by the July 31 priority deadline will have the opportunity to self-select their seats during the Optional Seat Selection Process in September.

Season tickets purchased after the July 31 deadline be allocated by the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the best available location based on Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) annual giving levels and priority points within each giving level.

Single game ticket information for non-conference and Big 12 Conference games will be announced at a later date.

West Virginia is coming off of a trip to the NCAA Sweet 16 for the fifth time in the last 11 seasons. The Mountaineers return three starters and 11 total players for the 2015-16 season.
