Previous HC experience is overrated.

By my count, only 4 of the 12 head coaches in the playoff had prior HC experience. Only Sark and Franklin had P4 jobs before. I think guys like Rod and Mullen would be solid hires, but to me the high profile coordinators and FCS HC's have a higher ceiling.
