I've been here a long time guys, but all this insistent positivity around our dumpster fire of a program is really starting to grind on me. You've got a lot of folks coming around lately that want us to believe that the only way to support a program is to defend everything they do.
Sorry y'all, but if you have eyes and know what you're looking at, there's nothing to be positive about right now. Being positive is fine, but not at the expense of being realistic. It's hard coming to a board of fans and seeing them tell us we need to support a guy that's spent the past five years gathering generartional wealth by building the Mountaineers into their worst state in 50 years, right at the exact moment that we need to be winning.
But that's ok, keep hoping that Brown can get us to another 6 wins and stick around a little longer so that in 10 years we can be playing Miami Ohio and Marshall as conference mates. Hey, atleast we'll be in an eastern conference again, got to look at the positive.
