I'll take Penn State, which is 48-9-2 all-time vs. WVU, with the points, instead of Pitt, which is 61-40-3 vs. WVU all-time.
14 - 6 since 1991 though.
You really need to make up your mind, do "the peach basket days" matter or not? We haven't played since 2011, but the 20 years before that we are 14-6 against them.
The last time we played Penn St. was 24 years ago.
I don't have to make up my mind about anything, WhiteFail. The numbers speak for themselves, and you can't put lipstick on a pig, and make it look better, especially the wild boar, which is WVU's record vs. State Penn.

So...since most, if not all, posters on Rivals have been old enough to watch football, WVU has a winning record over Pitt.
