Question for you.
My woman, who used to like stouts and porters, has now suddenly switched over to blonde ales. She had a Bean Flicker a few weeks back (Odd Side Ales in Grand Haven, Michigan), and now is hooked on these beers, although the Bean Flicker is a coffee vanilla bean flavored blonde.
Question being, I'm assuming a blonde ale is probably one of the simplest beers to make yourself, but do you know an easy way to make it say 6-7% alcohol content without ruing the light taste? I feel I know how to do it, but I would probably ruin the taste for her.
