we are great in every other area, but we get very little out of our half court sets. All a bunch of one on one stuff.
Our half court offense is awful

I couldn't understand why we never attacked the rim and then kick out... especially in the late 2nd half. Ran ourselves ragged in both games on both offense and defense and lost our legs at the end of both. Also, you could see it, we were getting tired. People werent moving, werent closing out on their shooters. Spacing some timeouts here and there should have helped.
What's Michigan ranked? I'll take Huggs and his knowledge any day.
Back to half court offensive struggles again. Struggled last year at times as well. Whatever dog house Allen is in, is locked up tighter than Fort Knox.
Ask the folks at Michigan State lol.
Bottom line: terrible play from the stars with Esas 5 turnovers and Carters lousy shooting from Beechurst Ave....5 for 14/

I just can’t fathom why we needed to have Bender in there late in game. He simply doesn’t have skills on offense and doesn’t add much on D. Kansas has a small lineup. If not Allen, then why not Harris Ahmad west Dax and bolden or chase. (While sags and jc were out)
Right now, we need about a week off - just to get our legs back. We don't have anyone right now who can shoot - at least consistently. It was only a matter of time before it caught up with Carter as has plays 40 minutes nearly every night. Daxter hasn't hit a shot since Christmas. Konate's been pretty lights out but there is nobody behind him. Nobody else can much more than stand around and watch and, if they get the ball deep in the shot clock, crank up a prayer 3 pointer which goes in about 25% of the time - in the first half; 0% in the second.
Let's see......the guys flew to Lubbock.......played a hard-fought game to the wire.......got back on the plane and flew back to Morgantown........played another hard fought game with KU.......all in a span of 72 hours? Yeah, there you go.......
A good team finds a way to win at least one of those games. Instead, this one just choked away two wins. This team is not good enough to get the job done. That's the bottom line. Definitely nowhere near as good as most people thought.

At this point in the season a #2 ranking and $4.55 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks.
You guys were the ones going nuts over the #2 ranking......most every other "fan" on here knew the season is a progress......if anything, you guys failed this team by giving up on them......and we are 15-3 (4-2)........wow........maybe another 7-5 record will satisfy you all in football?
You are seriously funny. Guess WVU is the only school that has to do that? Good to know. If it's not the officials then it must be the scheduling huh? Couldn't possibly be turnovers by a key big and absolutely horrific shooting (again) by our "superstar". Nah, that couldn't be it.
Who’s you guys? Simply pointing out that using the argument, you attempted, that we “dominated the #2 team” in the polls at this time in the season is meaninglessness. And what does football have to do with it?
