I'm shocked that guy left BYU. I guess not being in a P5 conference was a deciding issue. It's a hard job at BYU playing independent.

I guess it's a good hire if he can recruit in VA 2 time zones away from Utah & Provo.

He is a smart coach he will hire a couple of people on his staff with knowledge of the area

BYU is a good job, but under the current playoff system, it's a program in limbo. They should have never gone the independent route.
