OT - Easiest way to reduce a video on your phone

I figure somebody here probably has an easy answer.

I have a piece of machinery that is under warranty, and has a couple faulty parts. The company wants me to send a handful of videos before sending me the replacement parts.

Any suggestions as to the most painless way to execute this?
