Interesting list . . . surprised to be VT and Boston College. VT admissions probably still suffer from the horrific gunman incident but I'm not sure why admissions would be down at BC? Quite honestly, I haven't heard of most of the schools on the list. Perhaps a bunch of liberal arts colleges with high tuition, hence, very little value?
