Then you only have to come up with money to give Gibson a raise in pay and then go hire a proven offensive coordinator. So you raise Gibson's salary by a million at first and spend around 750,000 on a big time offensive coordinator. Its a way to keep the staff and not completely start over. And it wouldn't cost WVU as much as a completely new staff.
