Fairfield (Oh.) cornerback Josiah Scott had previously said that he planned to take an unofficial visit to West Virginia next weekend but he has now informed me that transportation issues could prevent that from happening. The Mountaineers offered during the spring and he has a top three of WVU, Pitt and Iowa. He is expected to make a decision July 30 but that is subject to change. Obviously getting him back on campus would be huge for the Mountaineers chances.
