Ollie left a very valuable and truthful example for Shane Lyons

In his statement announcement hiring Dana as CIW, Ollie set forth
a standard which WVU should use in selecting a head football
coach. I can't remember it word-for-word but the essence was
that we should have a head coach who can lead the Mountaineers
to championships.
I suggest that Shane digs that out and look at Ollie's statement
and use those criteria to evaluate Dana's performance this season
- his eighth at WVU - and see if those standards have been met -
if not fire Dana and his entire staff.

Mountaineer football program and what needs to be done to fix it.

We haven't had a good coaching hire since i hate saying this since Rod Fraud.

I believe we would not have been in this situation had we interviewed people instead of hiring off a bowl win.
